How To Treat Constant Dull Pain At Bottom Right Of Stomach?

Hi I had a pain in the middle of my stomach which felt like I winded myself this was at 7 ish last nite and since this morning av had a dull ache on the bottom right of stomach constant dull pain should I be worried I think its my appendix s but not to sure as the pain isnt severe ??

Thanks for your query.
Noted your findings of pain in the middle of stomach which felt like you have winded yourself happening at 7 pm yesterday, and now have dull pain in the bottom of the right side of the abdomen.Thinking of appendicitis.
The commonest cause of pain at the right side are:
Appendicitis as you have thought about.
Right ureteric stone, typhlitis and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor to get the correct clinical diagnosis so that further investigations can be ordered.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
These should give us the proper diagnosis and get a course ofan antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, anti-spasmodic and so on
If there is no complete relief, go for further tests of colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen.
Consult a General Surgeon.
Get operated if there is an operable cause, otherwise medicinal courses should help to the best.
