How To Treat Constipation After Appendectomy Surgery?

A year after I have gone to appendectomy surgery, but I m just worried because last two days, I am badly constipated and when I try to discharge, I have vaginal bleeding which is scare me a lot,. Can you please tell me what is the possible causes and how to avoid it? and what I can to get rid of it, Thank you.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Constipation is not the disease condition that is to be worried but it is happening due to less water intake and fiber containing diet. If you want to get rid of this then try to have more fiber diet, and increase the water intake, keep the regular habit of defecation even in absence of need of this, no need to worry if you do not pass the stool, you can even try Isabgol a stool softener.
