How To Treat Constipation Mediated Heaviness Around Anal Area?

I have a feeling of heaviness around the anal area ....on and off for a few months. Tending to constipate on usual diet in recent weeks also. Last few days have v loose stools but the "heaviness" still there. Wondering whom I should see about the matter.

Hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I would like to say that you need to me examined with colonoscopy or sygmoidoscopy .
Firstly you should avoid constipation using plenty of water, foods reached in fibers, kiwi, increase physical activity , avoid stress.
If it is not enough you can start to use lactulose.
