How To Treat Cortical Renal Cyst?

my mom having recently diagnosed with cortical renal cyst, from past few days she had complaints of breathlessness, polyuria and she complained about pain in abdomen , USG W/A SHOWS extra parenchymal cyst in mid and lower pole of lt kidney.what is the management ,what is the cause?

do not attribute her symptoms to cortical cysts if they are small and not studding whole of kidneys. rule out UTi, and show to a physician for breathkessness and RBSugar
