The second was in Dec, 2013 and it was to remove part of the peroneal tendon, and he tied part of a tendon to another tendon, I am getting electrical surges in my foot like someone is shocking me. Dr said I have degenerative disease in my tendons. /i am 8 weeks out from surgery and still hurtng, numbness and loss of feeling on the outer side if my left foot and getting electrical zaps that last 3-5 minutes. What can I do to get better? One of his diagnosis codes it 726.90 - could you explain this?
