How To Treat Diarrhea, Weakness And Bleeding After Taking Dulcolax?

HI Doctor, Yesterday, I was constipated after rich holiday food, and took two Dulcolax tablets. Had a normal bowel movement and since then have been feeling toxic, faint, weak, collapse, cramps, diarrhea in pain with nothing coming out but blood. Today I am still weak with cramps, no bowel movement, only a little blood.

Your query being appreciated, Dulcolax should always be avoided if it is not the constipation due to any intestinal illness, if you did not pass the stool for a day or couple of day then it is okay such condition may not need any laxative or purgative, but drink more water and have more fiber containing diet, now what ever the symptoms you have it will be alright just be patience, have light diet, no spicy or heavy meal, everything will be fine soon hope this information helps.
