How To Treat Diarrhea With Nausea?

hi i think and am pretty sure i cooked bad ground meat and ate it my stomech is hurting me and direhea is starting and i feel very nasua but havent vomited yet and ive siped on clear tequilla its helping a little i have no money to go to the doctor so what should i do

I understand your concern.

Drink as much water as possible, after each episode of diarrhea drink water mixed with salt and little sugars that will restore electrolytes lost in diarrhea. Try to take food in small and divided quantity that will decrease nauseating sensation . Take food like bread and milk that will have less nauseating and easily digestable during diarrhea episode.
