How To Treat Dipping Down Of Values Of PT?

Hi.. I have undergone AVR 6 months back. I am using Acitrom as 2/2/3 mg. My PT values were progressive in the initial days. But from the past 2 months, values are dipping down (Eg - Test - 16sec; Control - 13sec; INR - 1.22).
I was asked to avoid the leafy vegetables in my diet. Could you please suggest if there are anyother steps that I need to take care of?

Hello

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

I would recommend increasing the dose and try to monitor your INR levels more frequently, until achieving a new balance with the appropriate dose of Acitrom. This is quite a common condition and a month may may necessary to achieve a stable INR.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
