i have a disc hernitation problem doctor suggested for surgery but from last one month i am doing yoga now i have lightly relief from back pain and right leg pain.but numbness in right feet. i am a job holder. shall i go to job now?from last one month i am in bed rest. i am doing a teacher job. is this any problem to go for job now?
I have studied your case and I think your disc herniation is under control. So you can start going to your job. You have to make sure that you should not lift weight or do sudden bending. If there is persistence of tingling and numbness then I would recommend you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet. If pain is not under control then I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine. if there is disc extrusion then you might need to get surgery.
