How To Treat Disease Diagnosed By This Stool Test Report?

respected doctor,
my 4 years son is suffring from stool problem for 1 and half years, resent stool test result shows, colour- yello, consistency- loose mucus -nil, PH- 6.0, Reaction- acidic, Organisms Nil, OVa- nil, Parasite- Nil, Cyst- nil, Vegetable CCells- +, Starch Fiber-+, Pus Cells- occasional, Red blood cells- Nil, Macrophages, Occasional, Bacteria- +, Fat- +, Epithelial cell - occasional,. he is taking homeopathic medicine for one year, but not controlled disease, please help.

This stool result seems to have no particular problem. It could be possible that he is suffering from food allergies like lactose intolerance or some other thing. I would suggest you take an appointment with a pediatrician for proper evaluation.
