How To Treat Dizziness And Light Headed?
Hi I m currently becoming dizzy and lightheaded I also have been constipated for a few days, and I keep bruising easily and have since started bleeding. ( I m due for my period but it s quite light) and I ve had a creamy discharge for just over a week. Can you tell me anything this all may mean.

According to your history the possibilities are:
Premenstrual syndrome: during the premenstrual period some amount of dizziness, nausea, constipation, premenstrual spotting, etc. can be seen due to the fluctuation of reproductive hormone levels.
In early pregnancy also these type of symptoms can be seen and sometimes implantation can lead to spotting also. If you are having any doubt regarding the pregnancy please go for a urine pregnancy test once. Vaginal discharge can become thicker and appear as creamy discharge in the second half of the cycle under influence of the progesterone hormone.
Bruising easily is somewhat abnormal, if it persists, better to get evaluated. By clinical examination and undergoing coagulation profile the possible cause of this problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
