How To Treat Dizziness,nose Bleed And Blurry Vision After A Blow To The Face?

I was hit in my left side of face, straight and hard with an open hand by a big man. Immediately, I was dizzy and seeing blurry. Pain developed behind my left eye and temple, (kind of like a migraine), but also pain in the left side of my face down to and including the top part of my jaw. This happened 6 days ago. The pain is a little better but my teeth and gums on the top left of my mouth have all been numb. The first day or two I was spitting chunks of blood coming from my nose or sinus area. I still spit blood today but not in chunks. What do you think this could be and should I be worried about it? I can't get a doctor's appointment until October because I had just changed my doctor.
