How To Treat Drooling Of Saliva,slurred Speech,pimple On Tongue And Light Fever In A 12 Months Old Child?

Hello, I have a 12month old daughter she has a very big amount of saliva and is drooling a lot. She also has slurred speech and had spots or pimple like things on her tongue and on the backn of the throat. She's alot getting light fevers, is this something I should be concered about ?

The drooling of saliva, slurred speech could be because of painful ulcers on her tongue.
I advise you to apply a pain relieving gel with the prescription from a doctor.
Give her an oral multivitamin syrup and encourage her to eat vegetables and fruits.
