How To Treat Enlarged Uterus With Multiple Nabothian Cysts, Fibroids, High WBC And Heavy Clotting Menstruation?
I just received my radiology report, lab results after reporting heavy (soaking through ultra tampons hourly for the first two days of my period) clotting menstruation. I am 49 and have a singleton and twins who are now all adults. I have labor like cramps when my period is starting and I often have rectal pain which accompanies my periods. The radiology report states that my uterus is 10.1 x 5.6 x 6.6 cm. Multiple nabothian cysts. Three fibroids: Fundal intramural, right 3 x 3 x 2.4 cm. Posterior midline fundal subserosal 2 x 1.6 x 1.3 cm. Anterior mid left submucosal 2.2 x 2.1 x 2 cm. and a simple right ovarian physiogic follicle 3.7 cm. Labs: high end of normal WBC of 10.5 High Neutrophils (80) and low Lymphs (13). How would this be treated?
Hi. For control of your symptoms, initially your dr. may control bleeding and pain with medicine like Tab. Trapic-MF( combination of tranaxemic acid with mefanimic acid) and by that time you will be advised all routine blood investigations including coagulation profile, status of your Haemoglobin level and accessing the amont of blood loss. You may need Hysterectomy(removal of uterus), if symptoms not controlled. Thanks.
