How To Treat Entamoeba Histolytica?

I was diagnosed with entamoeba histoclytica in Senegal and presribed Intetrix. It is not available in the US because of the threat of liver damage. One article I read said to drink vinegar or lemon juice instead. What should I be doing for this prognosis?

Take Entamizole DS 1+1 for 5 days. You will be alright. Entamoeba should be treated so that complications dont occur
