How To Treat Epigastric Pain And Flatulence?

hi..i am 25years old.i feel epigastric pain from 3days ago.the severity of the pain varies but there are times that i am not able to work and sleep because of the pain.i took buscopan & ranitidine but it was not relieved.i have also noticed that i am experiencing flatulence.

Take Cap. Lansoprazole 30mg one before breakfast.
Tab. Itopride 50mg 1+1+1 before each meal.
Take both of these for 2 weeks. You will be all fine
