How To Treat Excess Bleeding In Finger Due To A Cut?

I cut off the end of my finger this am, just the pad not into the nail but it is very gone!!! I can t get the bleeding to stop unless I sit still & don t move and this is not an option. Is there anything I can do to help it to coagulate and speed the healing?

Hi Welcome to HCM,

Apply pressure over the cut area, and contact emergency department.
It may require stitches in deer and larger cut and for better healing.
