How To Treat Excruciating Pain With Edema In Lower Legs?

I have excruciating pain/extreme burning sensation in lower legs with edema. No doctor seems to understand how horrible the pain is and has yet to look further in to the problem. My meds are : Micardis, Lyrica, Diclofenac, Nexium, and Tramadol (no relief from that) Any suggestions on what I can do or have done? I have tried compression socks, massage.
