How To Treat Extreme Cramping ,swelling And Tightness In Vagina?

Hi I have a unusually low and tight or swollen well I don't know how to describe it but I think it's my cirvix and vaginal area on the inside since sex two weeks ago I just started my period or what I think is my period yesterday and I'm having extreme cramping to where I feel like I have to use the bathroom but I had sex over a month ago too I don't know what's going on! And my vigina is kind of dry also and it doesn't hurt to pee I don't think it's a infection cause it doesnt burn
