How To Treat Extreme Shoulder Pain Caused By An Accident?

I sustained injuries from a motorcycle accident...5 broken ribs and a clavicle, all on my left side...during rehab, or the lack thereof, I have developed extreme shoulder pain and lack of range of motion. Are there exercises for me to return my shoulder to normal?

Get physiotherapists help along with Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside.Get it prescribed from your local doctor .
