hello sir, myself nishant bhargava..i am a 2nd year medical student..age 21..sex-m..4 years back i had an accident and i got my forearm injured on lateral side..few months later a exuberant granuloma like structure formed there..how can i treat it sir? i dont want it removed surgically..is there any other treatment? thankyou.
