General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the feeling of something stuck in the throat indicates possible issue of inflammation of the upper respiratory tract as
- Adenoid inflammation
- Vocal cord erythema
- Food or other eatable stuff passing with friction over the lower esophageal surface
An indirect laryngoscopy with or without upper GI scopy is best way to diagnose the cause and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
