How To Treat Forearm And Wrist Pain Caused By Injury?

hi! I m 22 years old and I just want to ask about an injury. A year ago, I hurt my wrist on the gym when doing upright rows and there is pain in the left forearm in line of the little finger and also clicking sound on the wrist also on in line of said finger. now, I can still feel the pain but minimal still clicking when rotating. I don t know if its recovering or just getting worse. I didn t stop working out but using minimal weights there is pain but can handle it. I feel my wrist is always weak but still can do my normal routines, I m afraid the forearm pain will not go away and get even worse. thanks... have a nice day
