Hello and welcome to HCM
I see that you are concerned about your symptom of frequent urination.
I am assuming you are a female.
The good news is that frequent urination is not likely to be a sign of cancer. Most common cause of frequent urination is urinary tract infection (UTI) - in which case there often would be burning on urination, but not always.
Urine testing with urinalysis and urnie cultures would be a good test to start with to look for causes of a UTI.
Frequent urination may also be caused by problems with the bladder - like hyperactive bladder - when a bladder muscle contracts frequently - and there are many reasons why this may be happening.
Sometimes a bladder gets distended because urine can't come out freely, and then only small amount leaks out under high pressure - this would be more likely in a male than in a female.

Bloated stomach, low energy level and tendency to gain weight may suggest low thyroid function - so you probably should have a test called TSH to check out if you do not have so called hypothyroidism.
But often it is just too many calories we eat in comparison to how many calories we burn which make us gain weight.

Hope I answered your questions. If you need additional information I will be happy to clarify further.
Regards and best of health.
