How To Treat Frequent Watery Green Stool In A 4 Months Old Child?

Hi...My son has fourth months and he goes for motion waterly daily 5 to 10 times since four days in green colour.He is active and also he drinks milk.Consulted pediatrician regarding this and he suggested not to use any medicine..Should there be any change in my diet??Will there be any problem??May i know reasons for motion in green colour??How many days it will happen??

Relax,there is nothing to worry.
Green colour is due to rapid transition of stools.
Continue with breast feeding.
Give probiotic for 2 to 3 days.
This will settle in few days.
You should avoid fried and spicy food.
