Welcome to HCM
I can understand your problem
Hormonal management of hairloss is sometimes difficult to treat.I strongly recommend better get a thyroid profile done and get consultation for PCOS from gynecologist/endocrinologist (polycystic ovary disease).Hair fall is very common in these conditions.Once diagnosis is confirmed and they are ruled out you can use topical steroid along with minoxidil in the night.

Hope information ll help
Thanks
