Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As the patient age is 80, giving more medicines won't be advised. Now healing might be delayed due to the age factor and also the diabetic profile. Hair line fracture heals on its own. Supplement of vitamin D3 and calcium is a choice. Since he is on too many medication, offering more medicines isn't advised due to getting trouble to kidneys.

Doing physiotherapy which is totally invasive and being an effective choice of treatment for pain relief.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most patients in ageing are seen by a physiotherapist for good results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
