How To Treat Hard Lump In Between Eye And Nose?

I have a small, hard lump under the skin between the top of my eye and the very top of my nose. It's not noticeable looking at me, I can only feel it by touch. I've had a slight tenderness in the eye over the past few days and that's how I noticed it. It feels fixed in position and doesn't hurt to touch.

I think you might have infection or blockage of tear duct in other words you are suffering from lacrimal duct blockage. which might have infected leading to a tender lump. see an opthalmologist
