Hi, i fainted this morning and must of smacked the back of my head on the kitchen floor.. not sure how long i was out for but when i come round my eyes were blury for about 5mins. now my head is still hurting and lump has gone down a bit i have taken pain killers but they only ease my head a bit what should i do?

history of head trauma with signs of head injury like loss of consciousness and blurring of vision is an emergency. it is advisable to go to the hospital for evaluation for head injury. in mean time keep cold compression over the swelling. Donot take tramadol for pain. You should be in observation for next 48 hrs to see f any worstening of symptoms or new symptoms occurs and in mean time CT scan should be done to see for any bleed.
