How To Treat Head Injury?

I hit my head 3 days ago and my head has Ben pounding since I could hardly walk the day after it happened and my vision was going in and out . Now I can't rember little things and I very easily drift off and stop paying attention but I have no bump where I hit my head it just hurts really vad

Even if there is no superficial injury, chances of internal damage in brain can be there. Get ct brain done, if required go for MRI brain and consult neuro surgeon for further treatment.
