I cracked the side of my head on the car door afew hours ago near the temple. I have no major symptoms, just a dull mild headache, very slight soreness where it hit. No vision issues, no nausea, no dizziness. I think I am fine but I want to be careful. Do i really need to see someone, or no

I think there is no need to worry.But be careful, if there is any nausea, vomitting or syncopal attack just go to nearby hospital.just take Tab. paracetamol 1 gram thrice daily for at least two days.It is for pain.
