I couldn't read and mostly i was seeing bright spots blinking everywhere arouund my eyes. After that i developed a h/a, felt really tired and later on felt nausea. Anything i should be concerned?
Hello and Thanks for posting your query on Healthcaremagic.
Based on the symptoms it looks like you have symptoms suggestive of migraine with visual aura. At times migraine can become worse or get triggered after head injury. If headaches are frequent and causing disabling symptoms you need to see a Neurologist for detailed evaluation and management. You can use NSAIDs with triptans for relief of pain like Headset (Naproxen with sumatriptan). Medications like flunarizine, propranolol and topiramate can be used for prevention of migraine.
Wish you good health. Let me know if anything not clear.
Sincerely,
Dr Shiva Kumar R. Consultant Neurologist & Epileptologist Bangalore, India
