How To Treat Hematuria?

Hi
I was diagnosed with lupus in 1999 and have been on prednisone since until two years ago when i opted to stop after i had a hysterctomy. I have had several UTIs since the hysterctomy and urine tests always reveal high traces of blood and protein. Lately i feel very exhausted, have low-grade fever, continuous headaches and every now and then a pain on the right side of my abodomen and back. My last urine test yesterday showed high levels of blood again but i do not have any discomfort when urinating or burning sensations. Should i be worried or could this just be a result of exhaustion?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here, I would like advise that if this is hematuria then underlying cause of this has to be seen and the best way is ultrasonography test, without knowing the cause of hematuria it is difficult to treat this right form the urethra to kidney, this is to be investigated, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
