Hi & Welcome to HCM.
The dose of Thyronorm needs to be adjusted.

From the history given you seem to have an inadequate dose of Thyronorm to treat hypothyroidism. The dose of Thyronorm should be adjusted in such a way that the TSH level should be in the range of 0.4 to 2.5 mU/l.
The dosage should be increased gradually, and laboratory values of TSH should be monitored six to eight weeks after any dosage change.

Besides, this medication should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach with water, at least one-half hour before any food is eaten and should not be taken along with other medications or supplements that might reduce its absorption.
So, consult your treating doctor for the adjustment of the dose and follow up.
