Respected user, hi there are many reasons for such symptoms apart from
high blood pressure as :
- low blood pressure - low blood sugar - high blood sugar - transient ischemic
attack - acute bronchospasm - vasovagal shock - severe dehydration -
electrolyte imbalances - heat stroke - munchhausen`s syndrome -
reactionary to any mental trauma - other underlying pathologies of heart,
lungs, brain & much more.
So any such episode needs evaluation in terms of etiology & then definate
treatment plans are carried out differently for individual patient.
Hope this clears your doubt.
Thanks for using Health Care Magic & reviewing my answer thoroughly.
