How To Treat High Fever In A 14 Years Old Child?

I have a 14 year old boy that has been running a fever of 103+ for the past 2 days with a sore throat and a cough I have given him 2 Tylenols then that did not work within an hour so I gave him one 200mg Ibeprophen, then 4 hours later his fever spiked again to 104 I gave him 2 more Ibprophens now another 4 hours later 2 more because his fever is spiking again WHAT SHOULD I DO??

gh this may be viral, I recommend consulting with your doctor. Then the correct diagnosis can be made, and the appropriate treatment plan implemented. Once treatment started, it is likely we will see the fever resolve.
