Welcome to HCM!

High prolactin levels respond to vitamin B6 doses, given once a day. You mentioned that he is stressed but nothing much can be said reagrding his symptoms?? so it is diificult to prescribe him for the same. One needs to know what are his symptoms when he is stressed in order to treat him ( his mood, sleep? appetite, feeling toward others, suspicious? etc.).
There is a need to check why his levels of prolactin are increasing? Get an MRI brain if possible to rule out organicity.

Wish you good health
