How To Treat Hockey Puck Mediated Injury?
Hi, Yesterday I blocked a shot during hockey and after the game i noticed it hurt to touch and there was a red ring where the hockey puck hit me. Today, the ring is still there and there is a sharp pain whenever I touch the area. I got hit just below my ribs in the middle

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest using cold compresses at the area and using Acetaminophen 500 mg three times a day in case of pain. The symptoms will go away on its own gradually.
