How To Treat In Little Bleeding Post Head Trauma?

i was putting my laundry in the dryer in my apt laundry matt when i came up i hit my forehead on the coin insert thing. It has a gash and its blue and slightly bleeding. I am only experiencing a little headache but should i be concern or anything else?

You should at least see a doctor to see if any sutures are needed, but otherwise this even isn't worrisome
