I have a friend who has been in a wheel chair for 15 years and incontinence really keeping her home bound. She has taken some medications that are no longer working. I have seen ads on t.v. for some kind of procedure where patients said Sorry I waited so long . I feel sorry for this lady and would like to give her information on her options. She is about 83.
