How To Treat Intense Pain In The Right Wrist Caused By An Injury?

I fainted on my front lawn, mostly I because I did not eat this morning and got dizzy and fell. I have also got fibromyalsia and have fallen before. Under Dr. s care. I have insurance, but you may know the ER wait. So, I fell toward my side. Could not get up. Someone, a neighbor carried me in my house. I am icing it, along with my rt wrist. My husband came from work to take care of my wounds like icing. My question is, since I can t stand up and it hurts a lot to touch, could I still have a sprain, even though no swelling or discolorization?

Hello,

The intense pain in the right wrist after a fall is suggestive of a bone injury- fracture. This needs an X-ray for a proper evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
