How To Treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome And Dysfunctional Colon?

My childs blood test came back with high Albumin of 4.9% and high Basophils of 6%; her other two blood tests came back with highigh Basophil of 6% and high lymphocyte 42.4%.

She has been diagnosed with acute IBS and dysfunctional colon to date but I can not seem to get anybody to do a upper/lower GI or endosopy or colonoscopy. SHe has been in pain for so long and missed so much school that I am now fearing depression...

not be commented upon but grossly certain points of favor
- let her consume plenty of liquids
- soft light diet at regular intervals to prevent constipation / diarrhea
- avoid all high fat content , cheesy , spicy , non veg items to be consumed
- avoid stress , anger episodes is must
- keep her ambulatory , playing , gentle exercises help
- pre & pro biotics support to some extent empirically
