abdominal tuberculosis. for the management of tuberculosis is standard protocol to treat.
The anti tubeculosis treatment (ATT) have some side effect like another medicine and the mechanism ofreaction depends upon human to human indivisuals.
Severe rash are the indication for drug reactions . Usually if any drug reaction like itching occurs during tratment of TB need some drugs which decrease the symptom of itching must be added without stoping the
Tuberculosis treatment.
If itching persists then stop ATT for a week and continue the management for itching .
