How To Treat Itchy, red, swollen Vaginal Lips?

The past two days my vaginal lips have been itchy, red, and swollen. There is no burning but then I noticed white/ clear snottish and clumpy discharge coming from my vagina. I m not sure what it is , I ve had yeast infections in the past but it doesn t seem like a yeast infection. My clitorus Is also very itchy and swollen, and uncomfortable.
