How To Treat Klebsiella In A 3 Year Old?

hello my name is klodiana and i have a son 3years old he was born as a normal child 3.4kg but after a few weaks me and my husband brought him into hospital because he started vomiting the milk and after the examinations we were said that he had a serious infection (clebsiella was found in blood analyse)but no one gave us an explenation for the vomiting so the doctors decided to change the milk but it was the same he gaind weight for 3 days and than he lost it again everything else such as the echos for all organs were ok than we were said to make the sweat tes which resulted positive but we were also said to make the DNA test to our son and for us also the test was made in Italy in a specialized hospital and the results were that my husband and my son were both carrier in the same sequence of DNA for the first 40 mutations and me was negative but we decided to make the test for also the 200 mutations and nothing was found the doctors before the DNA results said that our son had cystic fibrosis and after the DNA test they sugested an illness called A-BETA HYPOPROTEINEMIA but gave us a medicine CREON to gave him before every meal. i must say that after 4 months in various hospitals me and my husband decided to go home and i must say that we read everything about cystic fibrosis and it was clearly said that to be a CF both parents should be carriers for more my son now is ok he had problems with loungs since he was 2 months and as doctors said it was a simple one and i have not encrised the amount of creon but reduced it because in turky the doctors made also another tes for the milk and it resulted that my son was hypoallergic and they sugested the milk formula NEOCATE, since that my son began to gain weight and now he is 13.5 kg and eats everything except cows milk or other formulas of milk so hoping not to borin you and with all the respect can my son have CF EVEN THOUGH THE SWEAT TEST is positive?For being more precised no one in our families suffered from this illness i have brothers and sister married with two children each of them and so does my husband even our grandparents and their children haden`t had this illness for more i have done the imunology test to my son and it was ok so please help us to get an answer because we are so destroyed from this history ......please please
