How To Treat Knee Injury?

I fell down the stairs carrying an exercise bike(heavy) and land on my knee, initially it hurt quite a bit(not excruciating though) and then it went away, but know it is somewhat unstable though it doesn't really hurt very mild, should I be concerned?

Yes, if there is knee instablity it can not be taken lightly. I would suggest you to get MRI of the knee joint to confirm the diagnosis if there is any ligament or cartilage damage is there. If yes then it will need some surgery. So get MRI as early as possible. you can share that MRI with me. I will try my best to help you.
