Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You must go to a hospital and get your knee problem investigated. X-ray must be done. Maybe you would require CT SCAN &/or MRI of your knee to come to a diagnosis. This problem should not be treated online.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirmal Chander Gupta,
