Hello Doctor, my 5 months old son is taking NAN Pro 1 formula beside breast feeding. Reason giving formula feeding is due to insufficient breast-milk. His mother is also trying Fenugreek and similar herbal thing to increase breast milk. Earlier I tried giving him Lactogen few times, but his stool became constipated. Then I switched to NAN Pro. But after taking NAN Pro for about 15 to 20 days or so, he recently developed loose motion (5-6 times a day. No fever or foul smell except regular stool smell) which is continuing for about last 7 days. Loose motion is sometimes semi solid or sometimes watery. He is otherways very active. He feeds very well - numerous time every day. He also urinates many many times and every time after urination he wants a feeding.

I do not know whether this loose motion is due to NAN Pro. What should I do? Should I switch him to lactose free Zerolac formula? Please Help.
