How To Treat Loss Of Appetite In Infants?

Hi, my child is having 9 and half months age. He is suffering from low wieght growth, evening colic and less appetite for last two-three months. can you suggest how to take care this situation. we used to give him Cerelac,Nan-2 and dilute rice with fish in his food habit. Dr. initially prescribed Z&D, now changed to Nutrolin B and Cymbi.

1. What is the birth weight of the kid & what is the current weight length?
2. How are the developmental milestones.
3. Did the kid have any hospitalizations prior?
4. I need both parents' height now.
5. How were you both when you were of this age?
