How To Treat Low BP With Heart Rate 102?

my bp normally runs high so I am on diovan 300 dilitazem 320, my feet were swelling so I was put on demadex 40. after 1 week I became very lightheaded upon standing and all I do is sleep. I stopped all meds yesterday and bp still low with heart rate of 102

Dear sir

Increased heart rate and decreased blood pressure will cause light headedness.

Secondly low blood pressure should be analysed for ejection fraction which should be more than 60%.

Thirdly betablockers which have cardioselectivity in property control blood pressure.

So consult a cardiologist and you might be adviced to start ionotropics like digoxin.
